At Starvus, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return a product, please review the policy below.

Returns

Our 30-Day Policy

Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can't offer you a refund or exchange.

Eligibility for a Return

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

How to Initiate a Return

To activate the return procedure, simply contact our Client Service team at:  support@starvus.com

Damaged or Faulty Items

In the unlikely event that your item was received damaged or faulty, please email us at support@starvus.com immediately with the following details:

  1. Original email/name used when purchasing

  2. Proof of purchase (order number)

  3. Detailed description of the "fault" and "damage" of the item

  4. Video evidence of the fault/defect of the product

Return Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Non-Acceptable Returns

We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. Additionally, we cannot accept returns via rejected or refused packages, abandoned packages, or packages returned outside of the designated return process.

Refunds

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)

If you haven't received a refund yet, please follow these steps:

  1. Check your bank account again.

  2. Contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

  3. Contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you've done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@starvus.com.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please send us an email at support@starvus.com.

Order Cancellation

We can change or cancel your order only before 24 hours have passed from your purchase. After 24 hours, we can't change or cancel your order because it is automatically fulfilled and being processed for shipment.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Please ensure your full address is entered correctly at the checkout prior to completing your order, as customer input errors may result in you not receiving your product(s).

Starvus is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, Starvus will confirm the delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate. We cannot be responsible for lost packages due to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
