Order Processing & Dispatch

All orders are dispatched (shipped out) within 1–3 business days. Once your order leaves our warehouse, you will be automatically emailed with a tracking number, and you can track your shipment on our website.

Please note that these are estimated delivery times and do not include the 1–3 business day processing time.

Priority Insured Shipping Option

We offer an optional Priority Insured Shipping option. This service covers the customer in case the product is lost, damaged, or stolen during shipment. If this occurs, please notify us via email at support@starvus.com, and we will send out a replacement as soon as possible.

Order Tracking

As soon as your order ships out, you will receive an e-mail with a tracking number (which can take 24–48 hours to update). You can track your order on our [Order Tracking page].

Incorrect Address

We are not liable if the incorrect address is placed during the checkout process. Please make sure that your billing and shipping address is correct before processing your order.

If we have made an error, we will fully take responsibility for the original order that was made for you at no charge.

Need Help?

  • If your order hasn't received a tracking update in a while, it's generally due to a courier error, and it will still more than likely be delivered within the shipping times displayed above.

  • However, if your order has exceeded the delivery window or you need any help, feel free to contact us at support@starvus.com.


  • Cancellation Note: Please ensure the items in your order are selected correctly because, once they're shipped, they can't be stopped or canceled in transit. When you receive your order, if you decide not to keep it or part of it, our 30-day return policy applies.
